PHOIBE (Phoebe) was the Titan goddess of the bright intellect.Phoibe was the third goddess to hold the great oracle of Delphoi (Delphi). Her name was derived from the Greek words phoibos "bright" or "radiant", phoibazô "to prophesy" and phoibaô "to purify".
